Loan Periods

Books: 21 days
(new arrivals or high demand books may be less)
Books on CD: 14 days
DVDs: 14 days
Magazines: 21 days
Music CDs: 7 days

NOTE: Certain Reference Materials are "In Library Use Only"

Lost cards : Please report any lost or stolen cards. You are responsible for all material borrowed on your card or your child's card until it is reported.

Limits: Within the Loan Periods and Item Types, there are certain limits which are necessary to ensure that all our patrons have equitable access to the most current and high demand resources.

Maximum items: 50. New Arrivals or high demand materials will be limited to a 14 day loan period with a maximum of 5 items per card with no renewals.

Our new library system automatically sends out one-week overdue notices by email if we have your email on file and you wish to take advantage of this reminder service.

Fines: We no longer charge fines on late materials. Overdue materials will be subject to replacement costs if not returned in a timely manner. Replacement costs will also be charged for damaged items.

Please avoid charges by returning or renewing your materials on time.

We have a convenient drop box outside for after hours and you can renew anytime online or during our hours of operation by calling one of our staff members at 519-925-2168.
